About the job

Our website aims to help citizens and businesses interact with the Swedish Tax Agency in a way that feels simple, correct, and secure.

By offering a platform of shared services and components within the web domain, we enable our various business units to achieve this.

We have a strong focus on streamlining our internal processes by making it easier for those who create the website's content, such as editors and e-service developers. To achieve this, we need a long-term, secure, and robust architecture.

As a System Architect, you work with system architecture and lifecycle management in an agile delivery organization. Together with other architects, development teams, and business units, you contribute to creating stable and value-adding solutions. You play a central role in driving the development of our website and are part of the train leadership for a development train within our SAFe-based working method. You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and you thrive in a culture built on lack of hierarchy, holistic thinking, and responsibility.

The role involves having both strategic and operational experience – you move effortlessly between long-term visions, tactical choices, and concrete solution discussions. You work at the intersection of legacy systems and new technology. In this capacity, you support and coach teams on architectural matters to ensure a sustainable technical direction.

About you

You must also have:

• a relevant university degree in IT or several years of current and relevant work experience as an IT architect
• several years of current and relevant experience working with solution, system, and integration architecture in complex organizations
• experience with long-term target architecture and architectural guidance for development teams
• relevant experience with micro-frontend architecture
• documented knowledge of AI technologies and their impact on IT architecture, risk, and suitability assessment

It is desirable that you have relevant experience with OpenShift or other container-based environments. Experience with headless CMS is also desirable. Furthermore, it is desirable that you have practical experience with or participation in analyses regarding AI-based solutions in digital services.

The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security investigation with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
