About the Support Developer Role

As a Support Developer, you will become an important part of the IT team, focusing on creating a smooth and modern digital work environment for the organization's users. The role combines classic IT support with automation, integrations, and AI-assisted development, offering you the opportunity to work broadly across several technical areas.

In practice, this means you will work closely with the business and help users with everything from license management and access issues to troubleshooting in the daily IT environment. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to build smart solutions and automate internal processes through scripts, integrations, and modern AI tools.

You will become part of a small and tight-knit IT team where everyone helps each other and shares responsibility for support. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in operations, service owners, and technical leads at the company's various offices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work close to users and handle support tickets via Slack, phone, and remote support.
• Troubleshoot and support the organization's IT environment, clients, licenses, and access management.
• Build and maintain scripts, integrations, and internal automations.
• Work with Microsoft and Azure environments, policies, and user management.
• Participate in improvement initiatives related to security, AI, and the efficiency of internal processes.

About you

To succeed in the role of Support Developer, we see that you have experience from IT support, system administration, or another technical role within IT. You have a genuine technical interest and are curious about modern IT environments, automation, and AI-assisted development. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of Microsoft environments and user management, where experience with Azure, "vibe coding"/scripting, or integrations is considered an advantage. If you also have experience with video systems and meeting room technology, this is a plus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, where knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You enjoy helping others and thrive in a role where you get to work close to users while driving improvements and efficiencies forward. Furthermore, we see that you are curious, proactive, and motivated by developing together with the team and the organization.

Important for the role:

• Previous experience from IT support, system administration, or another technical role within IT.
• Genuine technical interest and willingness to develop within modern IT environments.
• Interest in automation, "vibe coding"/scripting, and AI-assisted development.
• Good understanding of Microsoft environments, Azure, and user management.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, where German skills are also considered an advantage.

Advantageous:

• Post-secondary education in a technology/IT-related field.
• Experience with Linux, server, and/or virtualization environments.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and support of video systems and meeting room technology.
