We are looking for an engaged Service Advisor for Kristianstad Bilcentrum

Your Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor with us, you will:

• Be the customer's secure contact throughout the entire service process
• Handle complaints, invoicing, and scheduling for the vehicle technicians
• Provide technical advice with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Plan and coordinate the work of the vehicle technicians
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation
