Are you someone who loves meeting people, has an eye for world-class service, and thrives in an environment where no two days are alike? We are now looking for a Hotel Receptionist for Elite Hotels Växjö.

The reception is the hub of the hotel and the face presented to our guests. This is where both the first and last impressions are created. Your duties will include check-in and check-out, upselling, handling the telephone exchange, bookings, reception administration, and general service to our guests.

We are looking for you who have a well-developed sense of first-class service, which is a prerequisite for delivering high-level guest experiences. You are a natural team player, responsible, engaged, and proactive. You learn quickly and have the ability to act with good judgment even in slightly more demanding situations. You have experience in similar tasks and good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience with a hotel booking system is highly meritorious.

The working hours are varied and may therefore be scheduled on any day of the week as well as during holidays.
