SUBWAY® is the world's largest fast-food chain with over 40,000 restaurants globally – and approximately 160 in Sweden.

Subcom Sweden AB is part of Nordic Bites Group, which operates over 350 restaurants in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.

We are continuing our expansion and are looking for the right person to grow with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prep meat and vegetables, including baking bread and cookies.
• Ensure that areas for food storage and preparation meet health and safety standards.
• Follow Subway's rules and policies.
• Cashier duties.
• Register deliveries.
• Perform cleaning and tidying according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Follow safety routines.
• Work as part of a team.
• Deliver high-standard service in handling products, during sales, and in interactions with guests.

As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. In this role, you promote awareness of the Subway® brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met.

Who are you and what do we expect of you?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience working in fast food or the restaurant industry is a big plus.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish is required. Good knowledge of English is a big plus.
• You are stable, meaning you remain calm and controlled even in stressful situations.
• You love working with and alongside people.
• You have good teamwork skills, meaning you work well with others.
• You are service-oriented, meaning you are attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
• You enjoy meeting new people and find it rewarding to help others.

Start: Immediately

Location: Employed in the Stockholm region with the main location in Farsta Centrum.

Scope:

Part-time 25-50% according to agreement

You must be able to work according to the schedule during all shifts available at the restaurant.

Day, evening, and weekend work are included in the position.

Extra as needed, primarily evenings/weekends

Employment Type:

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Employment for single days.

Salary: According to collective agreement.
