Do you want a job where you meet new people every day while making a real difference? As a member recruiter for the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), you become a key figure in our popular movement. Your mission is clear: through personal meetings at tenants' doors, you recruit members who strengthen both the individual's voice and the entire organization.

About the role

As a member recruiter, you work with outreach activities in residential areas throughout the region. Your goal is to recruit new members by knocking on doors, creating trusting encounters, and showing how a membership in the Tenants' Association can make a difference. You are responsible for preparing your own shifts by gathering relevant information, processing your assigned area, and staying updated on current issues for the organization.

You become the face of the Tenants' Association, meeting tenants in their daily lives and listening to their experiences. The work is independent, yet you are part of a recruitment team where both a group manager and a coach are close by to support you in your work and development. Together with your colleagues in the recruitment team, you play a crucial role in helping us achieve our organizational goals.

This is a job for you who likes to make contact, create short but trusting conversations, and gain energy from working towards clear goals. Here, the salesperson's drive and result-focus are combined with the popular movement's engagement and social benefit. No two days are alike, but every day makes a difference.

What we offer

With us, you get a job that matters. You become part of an organization that makes a difference in people's daily lives every day. You will also receive training in communication, recruitment, and the work of the Tenants' Association.

Responsibilities

The role involves actively seeking out, informing, and persuading potential members about the benefits of joining our organization, as well as contributing to strengthening our network and influence in society.
