ABOUT THE ROLE: The role involves helping customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, together with the customer service team. You will handle questions about products and services and ensure that customers receive efficient and high-quality support. Teamwork is central, so we are looking for you who are a team player and thrive in an stimulating environment with a focus on results.

  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

  • Have good computer and system skills

  • Have a completed upper secondary education or equivalent

  • Consent to a background check, including UC (credit report)
