In this role, you are responsible for the entire rental process – from when an apartment becomes available until new tenants move in. You play a central role in creating safe and sustainable housing by ensuring a legally secure and responsible rental process. By asking the right questions and making careful assessments, you contribute to preventing issues on the housing market, such as illegal subletting.

You have daily contact with tenants and housing seekers, primarily via phone but also through email and personal meetings. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within your own department as well as with other parts of the organization to create the best possible service and customer experience.

Main responsibilities

• Renting out apartments
• Administration regarding contracts and incoming documents
• Handling direct swaps, subletting, and transfers
• Viewings of apartments

Your background, experience, and skills

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a genuine interest in creating good customer experiences. You are driven by helping people and take initiative to resolve customer questions and problems. As a person, you are considerate and treat people with respect and understanding, regardless of their life situation. You have high integrity and a good understanding of the importance of handling information responsibly and discreetly.

You are communicative and have an easy way of expressing yourself clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing. To thrive in the role, you also need to be structured and able to plan and organize your work systematically.

To qualify for the assignment, you meet the following requirements:

• High school education
• Administrative experience and good computer skills
• Experience working with sensitive cases/information
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in renting or selling apartments

What we offer

A consulting assignment with a full-time scope (100%), starting August 17th, expected to last for one year with a possibility of extension. The work is on-site, weekdays 07:30–16:00 (possibility for some flexibility). Interviews with the client will take place during weeks 24–25.
