To meet our growth, we are now looking for a driven, business-focused, and relationship-building Corporate Sales Representative who wants to help companies and their employees achieve a healthier daily life.

The Role – What You Do as a Corporate Sales Representative

You are Nordic Wellness's face to the businesses in your district. Your task is to drive sales towards set goals. You manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and booking meetings to needs analysis, presentations, closing, and follow-ups. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you work in close collaboration with district managers and site managers in your district. You are part of a well-knit sales team in Sweden with 23 employees. At your disposal, you have your sales manager as a sounding board – all to help you succeed in your role!

Your Mission

  • Sales planning, building, nurturing, and developing long-term relationships with existing key customers

  • Building and maintaining long-term collaborations with companies

  • Selling our entire wellness portfolio – gym memberships, corporate solutions, events, etc.

  • Analyzing customer needs and creating tailored solutions

  • Quotations, negotiations, and contract writing

  • Planning and executing customer events and marketing activities

  • Documenting and following up in our business system BRP Systems

  • Ensuring actions align with the company's values and working in a goal-oriented manner to contribute to improving operations and results, both individually and for the team's goals.

What We Are Looking For in You?

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, driven, and hungry to develop as a salesperson but also as a person. You are motivated by building relationships internally but especially with existing and new customers. You are accustomed to a high pace with a strong focus on new customer acquisition. You are responsible, take initiative, make things happen, and take ownership of the results. You create results through a well-executed needs analysis, adapting to the customer's needs while being receptive and humble. You are structured, prioritize, and plan time in the short and long term, creating action plans and executing them with determination and engagement.

We see that you have sales experience and are accustomed to working in business systems, preferably BRP Systems. Experience in the wellness industry is also a merit, but not a requirement. If your heart beats a little extra for training and health, that is an even bigger plus!
