Then the role of Tender Specialist at Lyreco might be the role for you!

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on customer quotations containing prices, products, and texts, with a primary focus on workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE). Profile materials and printed matter are also relevant product areas to have experience in. You will also handle office supplies, cleaning and hygiene products, school consumables, hobby and play materials, and computer accessories.
As a Tender Specialist, you will be part of our well-established Tender Department and be responsible for the entire tender process, creating winning offers for both the public sector and corporate clients. This is done in collaboration with the responsible salesperson and other departments that provide information to support your structured working method and project management.

To thrive and succeed in the role of Tender Specialist, we are looking for you who have one or more of the following experiences:
Requirements:
- For this recruitment, it is a requirement to have experience and good product and supplier knowledge within workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience in profile materials and printed matter is also relevant.
- You have very good written and spoken Swedish skills, with a strong ability to read information, write texts independently, and hold dialogues with other departments within the company.
Merits:
- It is a great advantage to have worked with sales organizations and in detail with tenders and procurement in some form.
- It is a great advantage to be accustomed to working in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Office suite.
- It is an advantage to have knowledge of and experience with public sector procurement.
- It is an advantage to have experience with sales copywriting or equivalent.
- It is an advantage to have work experience, or equivalent academic degree, in areas such as purchasing, sales, finance, procurement, or administration within the industry.
- It is an advantage if you can communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
Your most prominent personal attributes are that you are analytical, efficient, and meticulous with a strong will and positive attitude in all situations. You enjoy collaborating and are accustomed to working against deadlines.
We believe that you currently or previously work in roles such as those listed below or similar, and during that time have built relevant product and supplier knowledge within workwear and PPE or profile materials and printed matter, and like and want to develop the strategic part of the work:
- Purchasing assistant, coordinator, or buyer
- Sales or customer service
- Customer service, sales support, or similar work where you have built relevant product knowledge over a longer period
