Your role

We are looking for Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineers with a strong background from the automotive industry, including heavy vehicles and passenger cars. In this role, you will work with testing, verification, and validation of advanced vehicle systems, including autonomous and driver-assistance technologies. As a V&V Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring vehicle functionality, safety, and system performance throughout the development and testing process.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Performing and monitoring vehicle tests in various environments, including proving grounds and public roads
• Operating test vehicles and taking manual control when required
• Managing onboard measurement systems and collecting test data
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations and system issues
• Supporting troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements

Your profile

• Valid driving license (B required; C/CE is highly meritorious)
• Experience in automotive testing, V&V, or vehicle development
• Experience driving passenger cars and/or heavy vehicles in test environments
• Strong safety mindset with the ability to stay focused during long test sessions
• Good technical understanding of vehicle systems, sensors, and data tools

Note: For this position, you need to have a valid Swedish work permit and/or Swedish residency.
