Purchasing Assistant

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Purchasing Assistant with us, you will work closely with Product Managers, Buyers, and other Purchasing Assistants to ensure we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for offering the industry's most attractive range for families!

In this exciting role, your focus will be on the order placement process and master data. You will have a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to the development of purchasing at Jollyroom. Our goal is to become the best in Europe when it comes to our product range, and you will play a key role in achieving this!

As a Purchasing Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Continuous order placement and delivery monitoring
• Importing product data into our business system, SAP
• Ensuring master data is updated
• Answering questions from other departments as well as external suppliers regarding products
• Supporting Buyers in their daily work

We would like you to have the following qualities as a Purchasing Assistant:

• Goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaborating
• Strong administrative skills
• Fast typist
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Enjoy numbers and are driven by sales
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

Knowledge of SAP, QlikSense, Inriver, and Litium is considered a merit. An education or background in a relevant field is also a plus.
