As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varied tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen making burgers and fries, and are responsible for the cash register, ensuring guests get what they ordered. At MAX, work joy, community, and development are always at the center. So during your first days, you will learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and via our learning platform MAX Academy through digital training.

How does the process work?

For our positions as restaurant staff, we have chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you do not need to send in a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can.

When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. In this way, you get a good idea of what it is like to work with us early on. The test takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Once we have reviewed both your application and your test, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you move forward in the process, you will be invited to an interview. If you do not proceed, you will receive news via email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

Note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot move candidates forward who do not complete the test.
