About the role ⚡

As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, and chats, and help customers through engaged and meaningful service where you create well-adapted solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and engagement
• Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management
• Conduct upselling in some of our departments
• Offer adapted solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships
• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager

Requirements for the role

• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English
• Computer literacy
• Completed upper secondary education
