Where you will work

The operations at Enebacken consist of several different units. Here you will find Kortis and Växel, which comprise two wards. We also have SABO with both general medical housing and dementia housing.

The operations are spread over three floors, and we work in teams to create a safe and good care for our residents.

At Enebacken, there is also daytime activities, where we offer activities and support for our participants.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making prioritizations and leading others. You enjoy supervising staff in health and medical issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes having continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other internal and external contacts to ensure good care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for two employees on full-time/part-time basis for permanent employment with a probation period. The positions are scheduled Monday to Friday during daytime. The employment percentage is 100% and 75% respectively, with start dates as agreed.

• Licensed Nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

We would prefer that you have previous experience within elderly care.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
