Gullmarsstrand Hotel & Conference is located on the beautiful island of Skaftö in Fiskebäckskil. Here we are now looking for you who love meeting people and delivering service at the highest level.

In the role of dishwasher, you are a key person in assisting the restaurant and kitchen to create memorable guest experiences. As a dishwasher, you are responsible for keeping the kitchen, dishroom, and crockery clean and organized. It is a central role that ensures the restaurant's flow works smoothly.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily dishwashing: Cleaning of plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Heavy dishwashing: Handling and cleaning of large pots, frying pans, and oven trays.
• Kitchen maintenance: Cleaning of work surfaces, machines, floors, and sometimes the garbage room.
• Stock handling: Unpacking deliveries, sorting waste, and disposing of dishes.
• Assisting the kitchen: Helping chefs with simple preparations.

WE OFFER...

Working hours are primarily evenings and weekends during the period June–August.

Start date by agreement. The position can be filled before the last application date.

It is a requirement that you have a car or other vehicle so you can get to your workplace on your own. Public transport cannot be used for work out here on Skaftö.

APPOINTMENT

We recruit continuously. Salary according to collective agreement. Scope 80–100% on seasonal employment.
