Job Description
As an Inbound Controller, you work with material reception and blueprint reading. Your task is to ensure that the material complies with blueprint requirements. You also ensure that incoming material is handled correctly from the moment it arrives until it is presented to production. Furthermore, you have contact with various departments such as purchasing and design.
Responsibilities:
- Control of incoming material
- Blueprint reading
- Documentation and reporting
- Ongoing contact with various departments
The position is full-time, daytime hours, Monday-Friday, with flexibility options. You start as a consultant with a good chance of being taken over by the client eventually. The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Inbound Controller, we see that you have experience in material control. You have good experience in blueprint reading, and it is an advantage if you have worked with mechanics previously. As a person, we see that you are meticulous and quality-conscious. You are adaptable and can handle multiple work processes simultaneously. You are computer literate and enjoy mixing your work with various administrative tasks. You are also service-oriented as much of the work involves collaboration and coordination within the unit but also across organizational boundaries.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in material control
- Good experience in blueprint reading
- Experience working in mechanics
- Computer literacy
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
