About the Role

We are currently proactively recruiting industrial workers for upcoming assignments at Westinghouse in Västerås. As an industrial worker, you will play a vital role in the production process, contributing to the manufacturing of nuclear fuel delivered to nuclear power plants around the world.

The work takes place in a safety-critical and technically advanced environment where quality, precision, and safety are always in focus. Depending on the department, tasks may include process monitoring, machine operation, changeovers, and operator maintenance. You will work according to established instructions and actively contribute to maintaining order and structure in production.

Main Responsibilities

• Work in industrial production
• Process monitoring and machine operation
• Performing changeovers and simple adjustments
• Operator maintenance according to instructions
• Testing and quality control
• Documentation and work according to work orders
• Work according to 5S, safety, and quality routines

Working hours vary depending on the department and business needs, but may include day shifts, two-shift, or five-shift systems. The position is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Adecco and work on behalf of our client.

Qualifications

• Workshop technical education or equivalent work experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills and knowledge of office packages
• Advantageous with experience of SAP
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English

We place great importance on personal suitability. The position is subject to a security clearance with register check, and employment requires that you pass the security clearance.
