Hiring Full-Time Sushi Assistant in Supermarket Kiosk

We are looking for someone to work full-time as an assistant chef/kitchen assistant in our sushi kiosk. No prior experience is required as we can provide training if you are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) for startup job support and have received approval. Working hours are flexible between 06:00 and 17:00 (8-hour shifts) based on sales requirements. The work takes place in a compact, high-volume sushi kiosk (take-away only) located within a supermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing sushi and related food products according to the menu, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, food safety, allergen, and labeling regulations.
- Support sales through customer interaction and offering tastings to boost sales.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a franchise environment for sushi making or in restaurants.
- Training in food safety and hygiene.
Required Qualifications
- Good health and physical fitness.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to cooperate and coordinate with colleagues in a compact sushi kiosk environment.
- English communication skills.
- Swedish language skills to read labels and interact with customers.
