Service Manager Skövde

We are now looking for a Service Manager for our facility in Skövde. Our ambition is to be at the very forefront of Volvo's service network, and we are looking for you with the right drive and tools to capitalize on what we already do very well today, as well as further develop our operations and our service concept.

The role requires commitment, creativity, and initiative, but also gives back manifold in terms of personal development and positive experiences.

In your daily work, you stand close to both customers and employees, and are engaged in all parts of the business. Your team consists of about 20 dedicated employees within the workshop, spare parts, and administration.

We believe that through clearly communicated goals, delegation of responsibility, and follow-up, you create involvement and enthusiasm for the task. All to achieve the organization's high-set goals regarding customer satisfaction, work environment, profitability, and quality. You have budget and profit responsibility as well as full personnel responsibility for your team.

You report directly to the Service Marketing Manager.

About you

You have experience in operational leadership and know how to build teams and translate action plans into practice. It is an advantage to have good knowledge of our industry and the aftermarket, but the important thing is that you have what it takes to develop the business, can lead people, and know how to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.

We assume that you master Swedish in speech and writing and feel comfortable using your English if required. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are a seasoned system user. A standard driver's license (B) is required, and a C license is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven by creating strong teams and strive to, together with your employees, create control over the entire work process.
