About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented casual staff member who wants to be part of the Freefoot team in Malmö. As an hourly retail employee, you are the face of the store – you welcome customers, share your knowledge about foot-healthy shoes, and create an experience that makes them want to return. You work closely with the regular staff and step in as needed, for example during weekends, holidays, and busier periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and guide customers with high service standards and product knowledge
• Actively contribute to store sales and upselling
• Keep the store well-organized, clean, and attractive
• Handle the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Support inventory management and restocking of goods
• Handle web orders, customer inquiries, and returns professionally

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in health, fashion, and shoes
• Is service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Is flexible and can work varying hours – including weekends
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English – Danish is an advantage
• Has previous experience from retail or service – advantageous but not required
