Assistant Store Manager for Swedish Match Store in Strömstad

WaveCrest is now recruiting, on behalf of Swedish Match, an Assistant Store Manager for the store in Strömstad. This position is a direct employment with Swedish Match.

This is a role for you who enjoys taking responsibility, motivating others, and working closely with both customers and the team in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are alike.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of the Store Manager and an integral part of daily operations. You will lead the floor team, create structure in daily routines, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

You are operational, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines service, sales, and leadership. When the Store Manager is not on site, you are responsible for daily operations and help the team maintain high standards in everything from customer interaction to store presentation and routines.

• Have experience from retail or service
• Have previously held some form of supervisory role
• Have a good understanding of the store's operational flows
• Are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are motivated by sales, service, and people
• Have a structured work approach and enjoy order and organization
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working close to the operations
