We are now looking for a Senior Power Systems Engineer who wants to take a key role in our substation initiative. As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you will become part of our substation group, a team with broad competence and varied assignments within control systems. Our main focus is control systems, where you will work with the entire chain from inquiry documents, design, commissioning, and energization to the finished installation. Assignments include both new construction and updates of regional and local grid substations as well as industrial facilities.

You will work with selectivity calculations, relay protection plans, testing, and technical investigations. You also serve as technical support in both projects and customer dialogues. Our customers range from grid owners and industrial companies to contractors and players within solar and battery parks, and we also have framework agreements with Svenska kraftnät (the Swedish National Grid Operator).

In this role, you will drive your own assignments and actively contribute to the business by developing customer relationships and creating new opportunities. You also play an important role in supporting and developing junior colleagues. The work takes place both from the office and in the field, which means working from home during certain periods under structured conditions.

You have at least five years of relevant work experience in the field.

You have a broad network among customers and suppliers, good social skills, and are accustomed to working through the entire project and business process, from sales to delivery. You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business, and responsibility.

Furthermore, you have a university or college degree and/or previous professional experience in relevant areas, such as; Power Systems Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, or Automation Engineer. You also have previous experience in the role of Project Manager.

In this role, you will work with the business as a whole, with a special responsibility to create business opportunities for yourself and other employees. Your tasks will vary in the form of different projects and tasks related to our operations. You will also, through mentoring, work to increase the knowledge of your junior colleagues.

The qualities you need beyond your previous experience for this role are primarily high self-leadership, engagement, good collaboration skills, and high social competence. Your personal qualities are highly valued as you will be an important part of our continued development of this business direction.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for the position.

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Configuration programs for relay protection or RTU.
• Work in high-voltage installations.
• Testing and commissioning of control systems and relay protection.
• Work in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Good computer skills.
