The Palliative Care Team consists of a ward and specialized home healthcare (SSIH). You will have the opportunity to meet patients both on the ward and in their own homes.

About Us

The Palliative Care Team consists of a small ward with 6–7 beds, as well as an SSIH operation serving 40–45 patients. We work in a team-based manner with various professions: doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and social workers. We operate from a person-centered perspective where the patient and their relatives are in focus.

Your Responsibilities

In clinical work, you work as a nurse in a team together with other professional categories. The tasks include unit-specific care and nursing with a focus on person-centered care.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. You should be a positive and stable person who easily reads and adapts to different situations, meetings with different patients, relatives, and colleagues. We would like you to be cooperative, accommodating, and service-oriented to meet people in our operations who need help, information, and guidance. It is also important that you are culturally aware and value diversity. We have individual scheduling.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and experiences.
