Do you want to become a key player as an Inbound Coordinator for a one-year fixed-term position starting in August?
As an Inbound Coordinator at Jollyroom, you will have the opportunity to take a holistic approach to the logistics flow for one year, from inbound deliveries to warehouse planning and quality assurance. Information about the role
As an Inbound Coordinator, your main tasks will involve planning inbound deliveries and transports to our various warehouses, as well as planning and administering the material and information flows related to our purchasing logistics. You will act as a problem solver for the organization and ensure that all parties understand the supply chain processes, service goals, and benefits. The expectation for the role is to drive an efficient and cost-aware supply chain and to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities:

• Management and planning of Jollyroom's inbound flow, consisting of truck and container traffic
• Daily contact with carriers and suppliers, as well as adjacent internal departments
• Close collaboration with purchasing and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
• Control and administration of documents, business data systems, discrepancies, service goals, invoicing, and quality in the material flow
• Development of processes and routines towards internal and external parties by analyzing key performance indicators (various KPIs)
• Delivery monitoring and follow-up

We are looking for you who:

• Have an education in logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
• Have good knowledge of the Office package
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• Have good analytical and mathematical skills
• Have good organizational skills

As a person, you are structured and meticulous. You enjoy taking personal responsibility, are motivated by ambitious goals, and have a strong desire to achieve good results. You have good problem-solving skills and are a strong team player who contributes positive energy to the group. A few years of experience in the industry is an advantage.
