Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

Within Compliance & Management, we work with several competencies, and we are looking for you who want to work within one of the following:

• Project Management: Lead and drive technical and business-driven projects within areas such as process/production, supplier/purchasing, development, or automation. Manage change work and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget.
• Quality and Safety: Drive quality improvements, ensure that products and processes meet high requirements for safety and performance. Work with quality management systems, supplier development, and business development.
• Change Management and Business Development: Lead and implement change initiatives aimed at implementing new ways of working, processes, and technologies, and ensure that these changes generate business value for the organization.
• Functional Safety: Work with safety-critical systems and ensure that products and processes follow functional safety standards. Focus on areas such as system safety, maintenance, ILS, and/or CE marking, especially within areas such as defense and industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a communicative and outgoing person who thrives on collaborating and building strong relationships. You are driven by solving problems and thrive in a changing environment where you need to make quick decisions and adapt to the customer's needs. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

• An academic education in mechanical engineering, electronics, industrial economics, or similar. Alternatively, equivalent work experience according to the employer.
• At least 3–5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience of working in or leading projects.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Some assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means that an approved security clearance may be required.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office on Tanneforsgatan 3 in Linköping. Travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed.
