We are looking for someone with experience in groundworks and infrastructure who thrives in a role where responsibility, precision, and teamwork are crucial for delivering high-quality work.

About the Role

As a groundworker, you will work on various types of ground and infrastructure tasks within both large and small projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Excavation and site preparation
• Pipe laying and cable installation
• Drainage work
• Laying curbstones and fine grading
• Installation of construction fencing and barriers
• Operating small machinery and measuring tools such as plate compactors and laser levels

The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with site management and other colleagues on-site.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in groundworks and infrastructure
• Has good proficiency in Swedish or English
• Is responsible, structured, and quality-conscious
• Has strong teamwork skills and a professional attitude
• Enjoys practical and physical outdoor work
• Can work efficiently and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate for Road Work (Arbete på väg)
• Hot Work and Safe Lifting certifications
• BE driving license
• Experience working on larger infrastructure projects or familiarity with machinery

Employment Type

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project developments and business needs.
