We are now looking for a Head Waiter for Mr. Bronck – our vibrant and modern restaurant where food, drinks, and a personalized service experience are at the center. Here, hotel guests and Stockholmers meet in a warm and social environment focused on professional service and memorable experiences. As Head Waiter at Mr. Bronck, you are responsible for ensuring a professional, warm, and personalized experience for our guests. You lead the restaurant during service, support the team operationally, and ensure that the restaurant's standards, pace, and atmosphere maintain the highest level. The role requires strong presence on the floor, good organizational skills, and a genuine interest in service, food, and beverages.

• Responsible for daily hospitality and the guest experience in the dining room
• Ensure high service levels and professional treatment
• Manage bookings, table placement, and guest flow
• Actively work on upselling food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Lead and distribute work during service
• Ensure structure, communication, and pace in the restaurant
• Introduce, train, and coach service staff
• Be a role model in service, professionalism, and teamwork
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to create a seamless overall experience
• Work actively with the restaurant's wine and beverage profile
• Have good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and beverage pairings
• Ensure correct serving techniques and product knowledge within the team
• Responsible for opening and closing according to routine
• Ensure order, quality, and cleanliness in the dining room
• Participate in inventory and daily operations as needed
• Work according to the restaurant's goals, concept, and values

• Previous experience as a head waiter or in a leading service role within the restaurant industry
• Strong sense of hospitality and guest service
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under high pressure while maintaining high quality
• Interest and knowledge in food and beverages, especially wine
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive work approach

• Permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period according to collective agreement
