Do you want to help build the customer experience in a rapidly growing health and lifestyle startup? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Customer Agent who wants to be part of an exciting launch journey after the summer.

You will become part of an entrepreneurial health company backed by well-respected investors, facing a major launch at the end of August. Here, you will have the opportunity to build the customer service function from the ground up and contribute to creating a modern, personal, and professional customer experience.

About the role

As a Customer Agent, your primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries via email and ensuring that customers receive fast, professional, and personal service. Since you will be the first person in this function, you will play a key role in working with the team to establish routines, working methods, and structure around customer management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment where tasks may vary and where you sometimes need to contribute outside your main area of responsibility. As the company grows, there will also be opportunities to work with additional customer channels, such as chat functions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email
  • Provide professional, solution-oriented, and personal service
  • Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Help establish routines and processes for the customer service function
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer flows
  • Contribute where needed in the business during the startup phase

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and thrives in a role where you help people and create positive customer interactions. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a high-paced environment where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer contact
  • Thrives in a high-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
  • We believe you have an interest in health and wellness
  • Experience from customer service in a startup environment is a plus
