Senior Contract Manager - Beyond Gravity, Linköping

High tempo, complex customer relations, and large delivery requirements have put the business under hard pressure for several years. We are now looking for a Senior Contract Manager who can contribute to this shift.

The role involves significant responsibility for creating balance between business, risk, and delivery in a very complex project and contract environment. You will work closely with both operations and management and be a central part of issues related to:

• change management
• claim management
• risk assessment
• commercial steering
• and business-critical decisions related to customers and delivery.

You need to be able to navigate in an environment where the pace is high, wills are strong, and decisions often need to be made under time pressure. The role therefore requires:

• business acumen
• integrity
• personal resilience
• and the ability to stand firm even when the situation is uncomfortable.

We believe you have experience from project-intensive industrial operations where complex customer relations, contractual risks, and many stakeholders have been a natural part of everyday life. You need to understand the connections between business, consequences, and risk – and have the ability to translate this into clear and pragmatic decisions. We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to build trust with stakeholders and communicates smoothly in a challenging environment.

At the same time, we are not looking for someone who gets stuck in administration or details. This is a role for a person who can prioritize, create progress, and contribute with security and structure even in complex situations.
