The HR department is responsible for supporting the company's leaders and employees with all HR matters. Fresenius Kabi is a global organization where HR issues are high on the agenda. Job Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner for the Marketing Organization, you work strategically and operationally close to our leaders, and you are an important part of the company's success. In this role, you work mostly locally for the Swedish company, but you will also have some dialogue with our global organization. For the leaders you support, you will be responsible for issues regarding, among other things, recruitment, negotiations, labor law, working environment, salary setting, and personnel. You independently drive issues within your area of responsibility and follow up that policies, methods, and guidelines are implemented, executed, and followed in an effective manner. We work closely together in the team and support each other when needed. The Marketing Organization is located in central Uppsala.

We are looking for you who have

• A university education with a focus on personnel and working life issues, behavioral science, Human Resources, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in broad HR work.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in operations with collective agreements and very good experience in union negotiations.

It is meritorious if you have experience working in an organization with both unionized employees and white-collar workers. It is also meritorious if you have experience from the industry and the collective agreements (IKEM, Unionen, Akademikerföretagen, IF Metall) that exist in the area.

To be successful in the role, it is important that you have high integrity, are receptive, and have an easy time building trust. As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and independent. You are also non-hierarchical and have the ability to communicate and create good and professional relationships at all levels. You are accustomed to an independent way of working and thrive in a consultative role.
