Do you have a genuine interest in business and want more?
We are looking for a driven Account Manager with experience in building long-term customer relationships and who contributes with great engagement. The district is well-established and covers North-Western Scania (Nordvästra Skåne). You will be responsible for supporting existing and new customers with our products and unique service offering! The target group and customer segment for this role are heavy vehicles (trains, trucks, buses, trailers, construction, agriculture, etc.) connected to workshops and transport companies.
What does it mean to work as an Account Manager at Würth?
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for your own district and work on developing and expanding the district long-term to achieve profitable growth. Based on our multichannel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
- You work from home and conduct customer visits based on planning that is suitable within the geographical area and meets customer needs.
- You process existing customers and actively work on acquiring new customers to achieve growth.
- You assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline customers' handling of consumables.
- You focus on sales and meet budget targets.
- You work proactively and are alert to capture new business opportunities.
- You conduct practical product demonstrations.
We want you to
- Have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and be accustomed to working with relationship-building sales and new customer acquisition with good results.
- Be goal-oriented, result-driven, and have a strong business acumen.
- Be collaborative and able to work across boundaries.
- Understand the value of planning your work to achieve processing, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Be structured in your working method to deliver high quality to customers and create order and clarity.
- Be creative to handle a flexible customer mix and find new business opportunities.
- Have digital maturity to easily search for information and navigate in different systems.
- Be experienced in working with Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have worked in field sales or B2B sales towards a similar industry, or have practical experience and product knowledge, as well as technical and/or sales education.

Location: Ängelholm and surroundings (the district covers North-Western Scania).
Other: Valid Class B driver's license required. Company car, computer, and mobile phone included.
