In this role, you are one of the key people who make Elgiganten Kungälv the place where customers receive the best assistance with mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories. As a Telecom Salesperson, you guide customers to the right mobile phone, the right operator, and the right solution for their everyday lives – whether it involves gaming, streaming, work phones, or staying connected with family and friends.

You will become part of a wonderful team passionate about customer interaction, high service standards, and smart technology. Together, you ensure that the store's telecom department is vibrant and inspiring, making every customer feel seen, understood, and confident in their purchase – and eager to return.

You have:

• A genuine interest in mobile phones, subscriptions, internet surfing, 5G, and new technology trends.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience from retail, customer service, telemarketing, or another service role – or a strong desire to learn sales from the ground up.
• The ability to ask questions, listen actively, and translate customer needs into smart telecom solutions.
• Comfort working towards clear goals and enjoying celebrating results together with the team.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written, and the ability to handle digital tools without issues.
• A positive attitude, a healthy sense of humor at work, and a desire to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can be themselves.
