As a production assistant, you are right in the middle of the action. You help manufacture, pack, and quality-assure food products, while also ensuring that the premises remain clean, safe, and well-organized.

You are self-motivated, reliable, and take ownership without needing supervision. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy practical work, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty when needed. You have at least one year of work experience and can communicate in Swedish or English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and pack food products
• Ensure quality and order in the production process
• Cleaning and maintenance of production areas
• Handling sacks and packaging materials

What We Are Looking For:

• Have another main occupation (studies, part-time job, or similar)
• Are reliable, self-motivated, and get things done
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking responsibility
• Have at least 1 year of work experience
• Speak Swedish or English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from production or the food industry
• Forklift license
• Accustomed to physical work
