What does the job as a nurse at Granparkens Elderly Care Home involve?

At Granparkens Elderly Care Home, we are looking for a permanent nurse. Here, you will be a valuable key person. We are looking for someone who is skilled in their professional role and enjoys meeting people in various situations. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with other nurses, rehabilitation staff, and care assistants to meet the residents' care needs. You will mentor the care staff and be responsible for the care of 16 residents. Working hours are during the day, with weekend shifts every fourth week.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and are motivated by working together with your colleagues to provide high-quality care for our residents.

• We are looking for you to be a registered nurse.

• Previous experience as a nurse in elderly care is an advantage.

• You must have good knowledge of healthcare regulations.

• You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• We expect you to be familiar with the national quality registers relevant to the operations.

Employment type: Permanent position

Hours: 80%

Start date: According to agreement

Probation period: We apply a 6-month probation period.

We offer individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

In the event of employment, you must be able to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (polismyndigheten) showing no criminal record. You must also be able to prove your right to work in Sweden, either by showing EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit.
