About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and motivating Assistant Store Manager who wants to help build the Freefoot experience in our Malmö store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations and take active responsibility for the store's operations and customer experience. You are a natural trainer who thrives in a role where high levels of service, sales, and teamwork meet.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the store independently when needed
• Train, motivate, and schedule part-time staff
• Ensure an engaging, motivating, and guiding customer experience
• Contribute to meeting sales targets through active selling and trend analysis
• Plan and implement marketing activities such as events and social media
• Manage online orders
• Ensure correct stock levels and product mix in the store
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints constructively
• Keep the store attractive, well-organized, and clean

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from retail, preferably in a leadership role
• Is skilled at creating social media content
• Is service-oriented and puts the customer at the center
• Has the ability to engage and inspire colleagues
• Is structured and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English – Danish is an advantage
• Has a genuine interest in health, fashion, and shoes
