You will step into a role where you ensure that complex technical systems can be commissioned, maintained, and supported in a cost-effective manner throughout their entire lifecycle. As an ILS Analyst, you work with Integrated Logistic Support and produce analyses, maintenance concepts, and logistical recommendations that enhance both availability and operational reliability. You collaborate closely with development, design, and maintenance teams to build in maintainability and supportability early in the process. • Conduct ILS analyses and develop maintenance concepts for technical systems and products.
• Perform analyses such as FMECA, LORA, MTA, RCM, and RAMS.
• Identify failure modes, maintenance needs, and repair levels to optimize availability, operational reliability, and lifecycle costs.
• Develop maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and logistical recommendations.
• Participate in development and design work to ensure maintainability and supportability early in product development.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, designers, maintenance organizations, and other stakeholders regarding technical and logistical solutions.
• Produce and further develop ILS documentation, technical reports, and analyses according to current standards and requirements.
• Support the verification and validation of maintenance concepts and contribute to training and commissioning.

• Experience working with ILS, maintenance analysis, or logistics development for technical systems.
• Knowledge of methods and standards within ILS and operational reliability.
• Experience with analyses such as FMECA, LORA, and MTA.
• Understanding of system lifecycle, maintenance strategies, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working structuredly in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.

• Experience from the defense industry, automotive industry, energy, aviation, or other technically advanced operations.
