Our Operations

Folktandvården S:t Per is located in central Uppsala with good transport links and proximity to the central station. The clinic has twelve treatment rooms, all of which are modernly furnished. We provide modern, health-oriented dental care, and the clinic has advanced competence in several subject areas. We work for a good working climate with a happy and positive atmosphere, good cooperation, and great opportunities for professional development as a dental hygienist.

Your Role

We are looking for an administrative rock star who is flexible, willing to work, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for you who can easily communicate with all types of people through various digital platforms. You are the face and voice of the clinic outwardly, and you know how important the first impression is. Service and communication are second nature to you.

Working hours include one evening per week, and assistance to dentists or own patients (if previously experienced in prophylaxis) may occur.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you, a trained dental hygienist who has a great commitment to your work, values high quality, and has good cooperation skills.

You are humble and calm even in pressurized situations and can quickly adapt to what the situation requires. You should have very good computer skills and previous experience in reception work.

• Advantageous with experience in reception work, customer service, or similar experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• You should have experience in service, preferably with tasks involving personal meetings, time bookings, complaints, and/or consultations.
• You should have good computer proficiency and experience working with various digital platforms such as 1177, Agresso, Libretto, ACE, etc.

Handles stress in a constructive way, maintains a good mood under pressure and setbacks. Takes active initiative in social contexts, steps forward, and finds it easy to create new relationships. Adapts and finds win-win solutions through a status-free focus on the common goal. Finds quick solutions to emerging problems.
