As a Maintenance Technician with us, you will work to maintain high standards regarding safety, environment, and quality for the company's various facilities. The role involves following and developing existing routines for the department. You will also ensure production flows by developing and maintaining various equipment and tools in close collaboration with production technology to set clear standards that meet business requirements. This involves performing maintenance work as well as collaborating with both internal and external suppliers. We use a maintenance system as support.

Specifically, the role entails

• Participating in and driving improvement work focused on safety, ergonomics, environment, quality, and productivity.
• Monitoring continuous improvements in operations through rounds to ensure a good work environment.
• Ensuring that service, calibration, and other ongoing preventive maintenance are carried out according to identified intervals in the various internal and external systems.
• Maintaining documentation of facility registers and preventive and corrective work in the maintenance system.
• Being helpful and, if necessary, coordinating relocations and renovations.
• Assisting in meeting regulatory requirements regarding facilities.

You will be part of exciting developments within production, with ongoing and future expansion meaning many new projects and products.

The team you will join consists of both maintenance and production technicians. We have strong cohesion and help each other daily in all situations.

The position is located with us in Markaryd, and you will report to the Production Technology and Facility Manager.

We are looking for you with a technical interest and a solution-oriented, service-minded personality. Previous experience in maintenance is advantageous.

To succeed in the role of Maintenance Technician, it is important that you are structured, engaged, and flexible. In change and improvement work, you are part of a team with production technicians where the purpose is to create a future operation that meets our customers' requirements and expectations for safety, environment, quality, and flexibility, as well as the work environment for our employees.

• Good tool skills.

• English proficiency is advantageous.
