About the role
Sweden is Tele2's largest market, and they have a long history of innovation. With Tele2's strong brand portfolio and leading fixed and mobile networks, their Swedish consumer business is positioned to deliver sustainable growth in the next phase of convergence between fixed and mobile.
We are now looking for a motivated student who wants to be part of Tele2's growth journey. As service personnel within the NOC (Network Operations Center), you will monitor and support Tele2's networks. The support team is responsible for monitoring the mobile and fixed networks 24/7, 365 days a year, which means you will work day, evening, and night shifts. The NOC is the hub of the network and is also responsible for coordinating troubleshooting and disseminating information both internally and externally. Your task will be to work together with Tele2's support groups to ensure that customers have a stable and functioning network.

Responsibilities
- Handle incidents by analyzing incoming alarms from various monitoring systems.
- Analytical work aimed at preventing potential service-disrupting problems and finding suitable solutions.
- Escalate to internal and/or external parties when an incident cannot be resolved using the NOC's available systems and fault resolution processes.
- Inform Tele2's customers and other stakeholders about the current network status.
- Support field technicians during ongoing fault resolution and planned work in the network.
- Contribute to improved work processes and routines to further increase customer satisfaction.
- Assist support groups and perform planned actions in the production network or service in a service window during the NOC's night shift.
We are looking for you who
- Are available to work night shifts from August 7th to 10th.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing – as both languages are used in daily work.
- Have at least 1.5 years left of your post-secondary education, as this is a long-term role.
- Are studying a technical education.
- Have worked in some form of service previously.
- Have good computer skills and a strong interest in technology.
- Are service-oriented, self-reliant, structured, and skilled at collaborating.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from a similar role.
- Studied a network education and hold CCNA, Cisco, or similar certificates.
Other
- Start: Immediately.
- Scope: Part-time, 2 shift requirements/week.
- Period: Long-term alongside studies.
- Location: Kista.
- Shift times: Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts. You need to be open to working all times.
