About the School

Vargen is an independent primary school covering grades 4–9, located in Kiruna. We offer high-quality teaching and have a strong pool of qualified teachers. At our school, children are challenged and build their knowledge for the future. At our school, all students should feel seen and welcome, and be given the best conditions to succeed in their schoolwork. Vargen is a relatively small school with 156 students. We run camp activities with both autumn and spring camps in our beautiful mountain world.

• Are passionate about Physical Education and Health and possess solid subject knowledge.
• Have good collaboration skills and thrive working in teams.
• Have a reflective approach and actively work on developing your and the school's teaching methods.
• Plan, document, and conduct your teaching in accordance with our steering documents.
• Possess good communication skills and strive to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Qualifications

You have a teaching license and experience working in schools. You are responsible, positive, and have a solid interest in education and learning.
