Thanks to their own mechanical workshops in Motala and Hammar, they can ensure a time-efficient and resource-smart delivery without intermediaries to their customers. The company offers customer-specific solutions and has broad competence and long experience in service and improvement work. W&G Service Group now needs to strengthen its team in Motala with an experienced welder.

Your Responsibilities As a welder at W&G Service Group, you divide your work between the workshop in Motala and service jobs at customer sites. At the workshop, you primarily work with the new manufacturing of various steel components. Your main task is to weld using the TIG method. At W&G Service Group, they also weld using MIG, MAG, and MMA methods. In addition to new manufacturing, repair welding is also performed. The role also includes other production tasks such as straightening after welding and quality control of finished products. In addition to welding, the position may also include forging tasks.

The assignment includes service jobs at W&G Service Group's customers in Motala and the surrounding area. The central aspect of this position is that no two days are alike, as assignments at the workshop and at customer sites vary. Working hours are daytime, 07:00-16:00. 12-hour shifts may occur in connection with customer service jobs.

Your Profile For the position of welder at W&G Service Group, we are looking for you with a background from manufacturing industry or workshop environment, with a few years of welding experience. Experience specifically with TIG welding is highly meritorious. You preferably have welding licenses in MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA. The position requires good knowledge of welding and blueprint reading.

Forklift license, crane license, and hot work permits are meritorious. W&G Service Group values personal suitability highly and is looking for you who is a good team player. Some tasks are performed in the field, which assumes that you enjoy working in close collaboration with your colleagues.
