To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator for a assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a 12-month consulting assignment via Unik Resurs with very good prospects for extension.

We conduct ongoing selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As part of our quality and supplier development team, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality of our Core Components – from initial supplier contact to final delivery. You will work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers to drive deviation management with high precision and ensure that the right actions are implemented and have a long-term effect.

Here you will use your analytical skills to identify patterns, analyze trends, and develop effective quality flows. The role combines operational work with strategic improvement work, where you have the opportunity to influence and develop ways of working that make a real difference in the organization.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and coordinate deviation management throughout the entire process – from registration to implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure that suppliers conduct correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that actions prevent recurring deviations.
• Analyze statistics and trends to identify areas for improvement and verify implemented actions.
• Prepare reports and decision support materials for, for example, Supplier Performance Reviews and NCC Q-gate.
• Drive continuous improvements through process development and active support within supplier development.

Your Profile

• Have experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar areas.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Are structured, analytical, and thrive working with a clear focus on goals.
• Easily build trusting relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of material flows, inventory management, and quality-controlled processes.
• Have experience with SAP or similar business systems – this is an advantage.
