We are looking for you who are interested in working as a nurse in our night team within municipal primary care (home healthcare) in Falkenberg Municipality. We hope that you want to develop healthcare together with us in Falkenberg.

At night, you work as two nurses together. You work in close collaboration with care staff at special housing and in the Safety Team, with the entire Falkenberg Municipality as your area of responsibility.

In municipal primary care (home healthcare), nurses, district nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, assistant nurses, assistants, and managers work together. Together, we work in teams to meet the patient's needs for an independent life with good quality of life. Job Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse, you work for good and safe care for our citizens who are registered in municipal primary care (home healthcare), whether they live in ordinary housing or in one of the municipality's housing facilities. In Falkenberg Municipality, we have somatic care, short-term housing, day activities, and dementia units.

In your work, you go out on planned and unplanned healthcare assignments during on-call hours. Your work will be varied and involve clinical assessments and healthcare assignments via phone or on-site at the patient's home.

The night schedule alone is 70%, with the possibility of extending your position with other shifts, such as evenings.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Further education in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry is meritorious but not a requirement. For the position, you must have a valid B driver's license.
