Our requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.
• Completed upper secondary school (high school).
• Several years of experience.
• Motivated by commission and results.
• Enjoy working from home. You have a personal situation that allows for remote work while earning unlimited income, but you must have your own home office that you manage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and the Office suite, with an aptitude for learning new tools.
• Thrive with unlimited earning potential.
• Have a pleasant voice with a friendly and warm tone.

You must have a strong will, never give up, be resilient, patient, and skilled at listening. You possess psychological competence – meaning you can quickly build rapport with people, do not take "no" for an answer, and can adapt your communication style whether speaking with academics or farmers. You need to have the gift of the gab, enjoy meeting new people over the phone, and genuinely want to help them achieve a better financial future.

You should have some experience in similar roles or other experience we deem equivalent, such as extensive customer contact in either B2C or B2B sectors.

There must be a genuine interest in getting to know the person behind the voice. You should be able to handle objections, preferably with a touch of humor. You love selling and are not afraid to challenge clients to help them understand the importance of booking a meeting to secure a better pension or financial situation. You prefer persuading over pushing, view conversations with people as an energy boost, and consider your voice your most important tool.

If you succeed in this, you have a bright financial future ahead. We offer some of the best compensation in the industry. You will receive a fixed fee for every booked meeting plus 10% of the broker's commission upon payment. Furthermore, there are career opportunities to become a fully qualified advisor in pensions and insurance, including relevant licenses.
