to apply for the job
For a consultancy assignment with Siemens Energy, we are looking for an analytical and driven quality resource who wants to take responsibility for deviation management within Core Components. You will work closely with both suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective measures, develop processes, and create stable, sustainable quality flows.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and our suppliers to drive deviation management with high precision and ensure that measures have a real impact. Every day, you will use your analytical sharpness to identify patterns, improve processes, and create stable quality flows. Here, you will not just follow routines – you will lead the development towards sustainable and efficient ways of working that make a difference for the entire organization.
About the role
You lead and coordinate deviation management through all phases – from registration to implementation and follow-up. Furthermore, you ensure that suppliers conduct correct root cause analyses (RCA) and that measures prevent recurring errors. The role involves analyzing statistics and trends to verify measures and detect recurring patterns.
Before meetings, you prepare materials and reports and drive continuous improvements through process development and support of supplier development within your area of responsibility.
We are looking for you with
- Experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar areas
- Thorough understanding of material flows, efficient inventory management, and work with quality-controlled processes (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
- Structural and analytical skills as well as drive to achieve set goals
About the team
You will become part of our quality and supplier development team with a total of 20 knowledgeable colleagues, including both Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE). The department works closely with strategic purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure the highest possible quality in our deliveries. The team is characterized by open communication, non-hierarchical collaboration, and a culture where initiative and ideas are encouraged. We combine operational efforts with strategic work and see quality as a shared passion.
