Our Operations

The Rehabilitation Unit organizes the hospital's occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, and speech-language pathologists. The unit is responsible for interventions on the hospital's various wards within the medicine and surgery departments, as well as specialized outpatient care. The team currently consists of around 30 employees, some new to their professions and others with extensive experience. As a new employee, you will be offered a tailored introduction with the possibility of a mentor for guidance, security, and development in your role as a physiotherapist.

Enköping Hospital is a health-promoting hospital and therefore invests in health-promoting initiatives for its employees. This means you receive a wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK per year. A staff gym and several training activities are available at the hospital.

Your Role

As a physiotherapist, your task is to work person-centered together with other colleagues, based on the patients' individual conditions and needs. Tasks may include functional assessment, training, and fitting of assistive devices. Together with the patient, we focus on interventions that provide support for a safe and secure return home.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience as a physiotherapist, it is something we value, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. As a person, you view life positively, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team while feeling a strong sense of responsibility for your own contribution and our patients.
A valid B-class driver's license is required.
