We are now looking for a psychologist for our adult psychiatric outpatient care in Kalmar!

We are looking for you who want to work with psychiatric diagnostics, psychological assessment, and psychological treatment, both individually and in groups. A large part of the work is carried out in collaboration with others within your own professional group as well as in a cross-professional manner within the psychiatric outpatient care team.

About you

You are a licensed psychologist with an interest in specialist psychiatry. Work experience within specialist psychiatry is meritorious, as is being a specialist psychologist.

The role involves a lot of collaboration, which means we will place great emphasis on good teamwork skills. You are skilled at listening and communicating, thereby contributing to a good working climate where we help each other and collaborate to achieve the best treatment quality for our patients.

Your future workplace

You will work in newly built and modern premises, specifically adapted for specialist psychiatry. The premises promote efficient coordination within psychiatric operations and offer you a pleasant environment with spacious staff areas and a beautiful view over the Kalmar Sound and Öland. We are a clinic with 37 inpatient beds and approximately 230 employees. Here you will find three inpatient wards and two outpatient clinics.

Within the administration, a total of 600 employees work with specialist psychiatric care for adults, children and adolescents, forensic psychiatric care, and rehabilitation care.
