As part of our OSA (Organizational and Social Work Environment) team, you will support our clients in the field of organizational and social work environment. Job Responsibilities

As a psychologist, behavioral scientist, or psychotherapist with us, you offer broad support to our clients within the area of organizational and social work environment. On behalf of our clients, you carry out interventions at the individual, group, and organizational levels and provide feedback on results.

You have a good understanding of the connections between individuals, groups, and organizations, and how they can impact the work environment in different ways. You have the ability to understand the conditions and challenges of various operations and can meet different needs. You see the connections between effort and effect to achieve results and can independently identify business opportunities, build good customer relationships, and thereby secure new assignments.

Main responsibilities:

• Treatment, support, and counseling within organizational and social work environment (e.g., assessment conversations, individual counseling support, rehabilitation, stress management, etc.)
• Supervision of individuals and groups
• Conflict management
• Mapping of organizational and social work environment
• Training and lectures
• Group development
• Leadership support

Desired Qualifications/Competence

You are a licensed psychologist, behavioral scientist, or psychotherapist and have several years of documented relevant work experience, preferably from occupational health services or similar operations. You are comfortable meeting people both digitally and physically, individually and in groups.

It is an advantage if you have experience working as an organizational consultant and preferably have good skills in conducting training and lectures.

You can be based in Uddevalla, Vänersborg, or Stenungsund. Work frequently takes place at several of our locations in the surrounding area. The work is primarily performed in our own premises but also on-site at our client companies in various industries. Since travel is part of the job, a driver's license and access to a personal car are necessary.
