Bilbolaget is investing in the future and has, during 2026, begun renovations towards a new state-of-the-art workshop in Kalix. Here you will work with some of the market's most popular car brands in a workshop equipped with the latest technology.

About the role:

In your role as Personal Service Technician, you will become a key player in the service process and an important part of our workshop team. To succeed with us, you will receive specialized training, access to the latest tools, and not least support from competent and considerate colleagues. In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and quality control of various types of vehicles – primarily passenger cars, but also light trucks and campers may be included. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in creating safe and satisfied customers who are eager to return to Bilbolaget.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on vehicles.
• Carrying out service and repair work according to work orders.
• Checking and approving work orders before invoicing.
• Post-repair checks and test drives to ensure quality.
• Maintaining an organized workplace and contributing to order in shared areas.
• Building long-term customer relationships through a service-oriented and positive attitude towards customers.

Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.

Your profile:

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant automotive technical education and/or equivalent experience.
• Have an interest in automotive technology and service.
• Are meticulous, structured, and quick to learn new instructions.
• Enjoy working independently but also thrive in collaboration with colleagues and always communicate well.
• Have good administrative skills and computer literacy.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
